ONGOING CENTER RUNNING REQUIREMENTS

Once the center is successfully commissioned major ongoing requirements (expense heads) will be as follows:

1.	Manpower	- Center Manager - Counselor - Faculties - Marketing Executive - Accountant - Peon & Security guard	Will be employed by the franchisee at his cost. Detailed profile with personnel policies shall be provided at the time of project implementation.
2.	Publicity	- News papers - Hoarding - Posters - College presentations - Direct Mailers - Stickers - Kiosks - Handbills - Banners etc.	Franchisee will be required to do local publicity at his cost. All publicity designs & schemes will be provided by BISPL on continuous basis. The publicity methods may vary from city to city.
3.	Major ongoing technical requirements	This includes all technical level requirements to run the center successfully	BISPL shall provide full techno-commercial support for running the center against reasonable payments. This includes : Entire course material books for each topic to each student of the center Latest courses, their curriculum & their upgrades Prospectus, Enquiry Form, Registration Forms etc. Assignments, Tests Papers, Case Studies Lab training material Project methodology Examination papers Certificates & Diplomas
4.	OTHER ONGOING EXPENSES	Apart from above expenses there would be other ongoing expense heads like - - Rent - Power - Postage - Telephone & - Misc. etc.
